I am so pumped for this next year at UT! I just got home after orientation, and have now changed my cell phone’s ring tone to Rocky Top. Haha! Yesterday, I meet my orientation group (Session #2, Team #17), got my Vol Card, and registered for classes… I’m now a Tennessee Volunteer! GO VOLS! I have my schedule and I am taking 17 hours this semester…WOW! I know it’s a lot of coursework for a freshman, but there are so many interesting courses here at UT. My schedule is a little hectic but I am looking forward to begining my time at UT… here are my courses. 😀
- General Chemistry
- Calculus I
- First Year Studies – A general get-to-know UT and how electronic classes work (summer)
- Chancellors Honors First Year Studies – Get-to-know UT, the CHP program and fellow Vols
- The History of Jazz
- Honors Intro To Economics
- Chancellors Honors English
I know that is a lot of social studies and English for a STEM student, but I am committed to being well-rounded and learning all that I can while attending the University of Tennessee. It was so energizing to be on campus with future Vols and classmates. I am looking forward to attending Ignite Knox in late July!
